The entire property is gated with an electric gate and is slightly removed from the main road to ensure security and tranquility for the guests.
We also established environmentally respectful methods of maintenance and cleaning of the property (including the water preservation) while insuring the most comfort.
To ensure the well-being of our guests as well as the protection of environment and sanitary security, here follow the golden rules in our villas.
PROPRETY MAINTENANCE
The garden has beautiful plants, some of which are rare. housekeeper takes care of its health every week, and a gardener supplies the necessary maintenance every month.
A pool technician maintains the saltwater pool every week and treatments are adapted according to its use. Likewise, the jacuzzi will be maintained as well, allowing you to relax and enjoy all amenities.
The housekeeper will contact, as needed, various people to keep the property functional and pleasant for your enjoyment.
Cleanliness and hygiene of the villas
1. Aeration
The healthy air of the countryside, the spring breath that fills the room when the dawn comes. Summer will soon be here, already lurking in the still shy rays of a sun that is asserting itself. The air, therefore, which twirls and renews itself in our interiors. It is our first concern, it is what we breathe, it is what we will ensure the quality of. Of course, and this is not new, we have never been in the habit of organizing indoor barbecues, and even less in the space devoted to our beloved guests. But now, to ensure that it can fully regenerate the atmosphere of your home.
2. Barrier gestures during the cleaning of the villas
A few weeks ago, a few months ago, the mention of “barrier gestures” would have made you think of the guards of the same name who secured the roads when trains passed by – which, at the time, could hide others. But today, and by dint of having heard it repeated incessantly, you know what these gestures cover: masks, gels, and gloves, the triptych victorious against the spread of the virus that has so suddenly burst into our lives. We are following the government’s guidelines to the letter.
3. Usage of an effective disinfectant
In times of pandemic, can we distinguish between “good” and “bad” disinfectants? In itself, a disinfectant disinfects, that’s understood and that’s already very good. We use products that comply with the standards issued by the Environmental Protection Agency. This means that not only do they eliminate germs, bacteria and viruses, but they also respect the integrity of nature, not emitting toxic substances.
4. Waste Water Management
In our commitment to preserve the environment and to adopt sustainable practices, we have designed an innovative waste water treatment system that is really like a “mini’ water-treatment plant. Our objective is to reach an optimal water treatment while minimizing pollution of our already fragile ecosystem.
Along our waste water management, we have implemented a rain water harvesting system. By collecting rain water , we reduce our dependance on conventional water sources, which help to preserve our precious natural resources. The rain water is then used to water the garden , for the outdoor shower , hence reducing the drinking water consumption.
In addition to these measures, we have established a waste sorting system. The domestic wastes are carefully separated into different categories such as paper, plastic, glass and other. This process facilitates the recycling and re-usage of wastes thus contributing to the preservation of natural resources and reduction of wastes that end up in landfills.
By putting together waste water management , collecting rain water and waste sorting system, we make an important step to sustainability.
